For those of us who have not already, I think it is imperative that we add the differences of generations to the definition of diversity and inclusion. It is imperative that we take off our blinders, remove our unconscious biases With anyone who appears different than we are, and instead embrace and become curious as to the perspectives and thoughts of others. As you all know it has been proven that when we have a vast depth of different viewpoints, the end result is meaningfully improved.
