This is SPOT ON! In order to be loyal, our people need to feel empowered, important, engaged and valued. CNBC announced today that the amount of available jobs is at an all time high! This coupled with an unemployment rate near all time lows means there is a huge demand for top quality out there. We must communicate with our people. Find out what they need in order to feel like they have a seat at the table. What motivates them to contribute, be productive and efficient. Replacing quality team members is devastating to our bottom line not to mention our company’s culture. Companies waste millions loosing and replacing talent.
